The past decade, the digital evolution has also replaced many conventional workflows in dentistry. Guided implant surgery and intra-oral scanning allow us to treat our patients in a faster, better and more predictable manner. Restorations can be made through a full-digital workflow, without the need for a cast. Especially in case of immediate implant placement and loading, the virtual plan allows to select and make all the necessary parts to simplify and fasten the clinical procedure. However, this technology also has limitations and the workflow has some pitfalls. In this 2-days course, we will guide you through the different steps of the full digital workflow. Participants will learn how to make a virtual plan for guided surgery and how to perform the implant placement. They will learn all about intra-oral scanning, its potential and limitations, the possibilities of monolithic restorations and how to combine multiple 3D renderings to create a virtual patient. Participants will also have the opportunity to try out the different software programs and scanners. This is the perfect course for all dentists who wish to introduce the digital workflow in their practice!
