This comprehensive course addresses the management of teeth with deep carious lesions and compromised restorative margins, combining non-surgical adhesive strategies with surgical solutions where required. In the morning session, the focus lies on the restoration of deep carious lesions using deep margin elevation techniques. Participants learn how to assess restorability, perform deep isolation with rubber dam, and apply structured protocols for cervical margin elevation using different matrix systems. Emphasis is placed on correct adhesive strategies to achieve reliable bonding to deep dentin, allowing high-quality restorations without the need for surgery whenever possible.

The afternoon session builds on this foundation by introducing clinical crown lengthening in both posterior and anterior regions.
